As a true expert in Executive Search and Talent Advisory, I have over 18 years of industry experience working in Paris, London and New York both for major international executive search firms in London and global compagnies (CAC40). Driven by a deep passion for the human side of my profession, I officially trained as a Coach in 2024 to learn the techniques and, through the best training organization, acquire the most impactful tools.
With an extensive career in consulting and leadership advisory, Coaching and Mentoring have always been integral parts of my mission. Empowering Leaders and Future Leaders to transform their lives by achieving their career goals lies at the core of my approach. Committed to Diversity & Inclusion, I am also a Mentor and an active member of Bloom - a network dedicated to empowering women and ensuring they have equal opportunities in the communication industry.
